Product Description
Onze 2B afgewerkte duplex 2205 platen combineren hoge sterkte, lage thermische uitzetting en uitstekende weerstand tegen putcorrosie en spleetcorrosie, waardoor ze ideaal zijn voor binnenbekleding van chemische tankers.
Chemische tankers die 316L roestvrij staal gebruiken, ervaren snelle putcorrosie door organische zuren en chloriden, plus gewichtsinefficiëntie door lagere sterkte-eigenschappen.
Duplex 2205 biedt tweemaal de vloeigrens van conventionele roestvrij staalsoorten, waardoor dunnere, lichtere tankwanden mogelijk zijn. De gladde 2B afwerking voorkomt chemische hechting en vereenvoudigt reinigingswerkzaamheden.

Het hoge gehalte aan molybdeen (3%) en stikstof (0,15%) vormt een stabiele passieve film. De duplex microstructuur is bestand tegen spanningscorrosie onder cyclische belastingsomstandigheden.
Kies 2B afwerking voor interne bekledingen die gladde oppervlakken vereisen. Kies No.1 afwerking voor structurele ondersteuningen. Zorg voor naleving van de IMO-regelgeving en -normen voor chemische transporteurs.
