Product Description
Onze BA (bright annealed) duplex 2507 platen bieden extreme putcorrosiebestendigheid (PREN >40) en een gladde oppervlakteafwerking voor hogetemperatuur pekelverdampers.
Ontziltingsverdampers die superaustenitische kwaliteiten gebruiken, lijden nog steeds aan spleetcorrosie onder schaalafzettingen en hoge chloridegehaltes.
Duplex 2507 biedt PREN >40, hogere thermische geleidbaarheid en een BA-oppervlak dat schalaanhechting vermindert, waardoor de levensduur van de buisplaat drastisch wordt verlengd.

Buisplaten voor ontziltingsverdampers, dampkanalen en pekelverwarmers.
Hoog chroom (25%), molybdeen (4%) en stikstof vormen een ultrabestendige passieve laag. BA-afwerking verlaagt de oppervlakteruwheid, waardoor nucleatiekernen voor schaal worden verminderd.
Gebruik 2507 BA voor flitskamers. Voor minder kritieke fasen is 2205 acceptabel. Vermijd 2507 boven 600°F in zure pekel.
