Product Description
Onze 8K spiegel afwerking duplex 2205 vellen combineren hoge sterkte, uitstekende schoonmaakbaarheid, en superieure corrosiebestendigheid speciaal ontworpen voor farmaceutische bioreactor internen.
Uitdaging:Austenitische 316L bioreactoren hebben een lagere sterkte, vereisen dikkere wanden en kunnen last hebben van pitting door reinigingsmiddelen die chloriden bevatten.
OplossingDuplex 2205 zorgt voor een hogere sterkte (vermindering van de wanddikte) en spiegel afwerking voorkomt de vorming van biofilm.

De 8K spiegel afwerking (Ra ≤ 0,1 μm) minimaliseert bacteriële hechting.
Voor CIP met > 200 ppm chloriden, kies 2205. Voor stoomcycli onder hoge druk is 2507 sterker. Zorg voor ASME BPE-certificering voor oppervlakkrapheid.
