Onze NR.4 geborstelde afwerking duplex 2507 platen bieden uitstekende weerstand tegen zwavelzuurcondensatie, zeewater en uitlaatgassen op hoge temperatuur in maritieme reinigingssystemen.
Maritieme reinigingssystemen die 316L of 317L roestvrij staal gebruiken, falen snel door gecombineerde aantasting van chloriden, omgevingen met lage pH en thermische cycli.
Duplex 2507 biedt superieure prestaties met PREN >40, hoge thermische geleidbaarheid (verminderen van hete plekken) en NR.4 afwerking voor uniforme corrosiebestendigheid.

Hoog nikkelgehalte (7%) en molybdeengehalte (4%) bieden uitstekende weerstand tegen gemengde zure dauwpuntcorrosie. De NR.4 geborstelde afwerking elimineert scherpe spleten die corrosie kunnen initiëren.
Gebruik 2507 kwaliteit voor open-lus reinigingssystemen die met zeewater werken. Voor gesloten-lus systemen die zoet water gebruiken, kan 2205 kwaliteit voldoende zijn. Verifieer altijd de IMO-conformiteit voor uw specifieke toepassing.
